LCG, October 23, 2026--INNIO N.V. yesterday announced a 620 MW follow-on order from a developer and operator of mega-scale data center campuses in the United States. Together with the customer's 1.1 GW order announced previously in July, the new order brings cumulative orders from the customer to approximately 1.72 GW this year.

LCG, October 21, 2026--The Nuclear Company today announced a proposed nuclear energy campus in Kentucky that could potentially provide 6.6 GW of electric generating capacity. The Prosperity One nuclear energy campus, located along the Ohio River in eastern Kentucky, could accommodate up to six Westinghouse AP1000 reactors and would be the largest nuclear power generation site in the nation if fully constructed.

LS Power Announces New PPA for Arkansas Coal Project
LCG, December 6, 2006--Plum Point Energy Associates, LLC ("Plum Point") announced yesterday that it has signed a 50-MW, 30-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission ("MJMEUC").
The Plum Point Project is a greenfield, coal-fired power project with a design electric generating capacity of 665 MW. The new agreement provides MJMEUC electricity from the project, which is located near Osceola, Arkansas. Project construction began in March of this year. Commercial operations are scheduled to commence in mid-2010.
Plum Point announced in August that it had signed a 200-MW, 30-year PPA with South Mississippi Electric Power Association. LS Power also states that it has a 30-year PPA with The Empire District Electric Company and that a significant portion of the project's output has now been sold under long-term contract or through tenancy in common interests.
Plum Point is a a member of the LS Power Group. On September 15, 2006, the LS Power Group and Dynegy, Inc. announced a merger transaction involving certain assets of the LS Power Group, including the Plum Point Energy Station, and Dynegy, Inc.'s assets.
