OG&E and Google Announce Contract for Three Data Centers in Oklahoma

LCG, April 30, 2026--OG&E, the operating subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp., announced today that it will power three new data centers that Google announced in Muskogee and Stillwater, Oklahoma last year. As part of the agreement, Google will also make power generation capacity available from two solar facilities in Stephens and Muskogee Counties that are currently under construction. The data centers and associated Electric Service Agreements are expected to provide economic growth for local communities and the state, contribute to grid stability, and benefit OG&E's current customers.

Graphic Packaging and NextEra Energy Resources Sign 250-MW Virtual Power Purchase Agreement

LCG, April 29, 2026--Graphic Packaging Holding Company today announced a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with NextEra Energy Resources, LLC. With the VPPA agreement, NextEra Energy Resources plans to build the Selenite Springs Energy Center, a 250-MW solar energy facility in West Texas, and Graphic Packaging will be the sole buyer of the facility's renewable energy attribute certificates. Graphic Packaging, a global provider of sustainable consumer packaging, expects the agreement to cover approximately 43 percent of its 2025 electricity usage in the U.S. and Canada. The agreement will advance Graphic Packaging's commitment to source renewable electricity and reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

Leroy T. Barnes Jr. has joined PG&E Corp. as vice president andtreasurer. He most recently was vice president and treasurer of Gap Inc.

Claude H. Duss has been elected president and chief executive of IdaTech, the fuel cell subsidiary of Idacorp Inc., the holding company parent of Idaho Power Co. He succeeds Alan Guggenheim, one of the IdaTech's three founders. Duss most recently was a vice president of Honeywell Europe.

Leslie H. Duncan has joined natural gas company Atmos Energy Corp. as vice president and chief information officer. Before joining Atmos, he occupied the same position with Jo-Ann Stores Inc.

James J. Hoecker, immediate past chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, has been elected a director of Allegheny Energy Inc. He is also is a partner in the Washington, D.C.-New York City law firm of Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman LLP.

Thomas E. Legro has been named to the newly created position of vice president and chief accounting officer by PG&E National Energy Group Inc. He most recently vice president and controller with Edison Mission Energy.

Michael O'Sullivan has been appointed senior vice president for development of independent power producer FPL Energy LLC, a subsidiary of FPL Group Inc. He joins FPL from AES Great Plains Inc., where he was a vice president.

Glen W. Overton has joined Kansas City Power & Light Co. as director of governmental affairs and community relations. He has served since 1993 as the regional administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration's Heartland Region.

Julio Reyes has been named Texas state president of American Electric Power Co. Inc., filling a vacancy created when Alphonso Jackson became Deputy Secretary of Housing andUrban Development in the Bush administration. Reyes previously was community service manager and coordinator in McAllen for the Rio Grande Valley at AEP's Central Power & Light Co. subsidiary.
