LCG, April 30, 2026--OG&E, the operating subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp., announced today that it will power three new data centers that Google announced in Muskogee and Stillwater, Oklahoma last year. As part of the agreement, Google will also make power generation capacity available from two solar facilities in Stephens and Muskogee Counties that are currently under construction. The data centers and associated Electric Service Agreements are expected to provide economic growth for local communities and the state, contribute to grid stability, and benefit OG&E's current customers.

LCG, April 29, 2026--Graphic Packaging Holding Company today announced a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with NextEra Energy Resources, LLC. With the VPPA agreement, NextEra Energy Resources plans to build the Selenite Springs Energy Center, a 250-MW solar energy facility in West Texas, and Graphic Packaging will be the sole buyer of the facility's renewable energy attribute certificates. Graphic Packaging, a global provider of sustainable consumer packaging, expects the agreement to cover approximately 43 percent of its 2025 electricity usage in the U.S. and Canada. The agreement will advance Graphic Packaging's commitment to source renewable electricity and reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

Scana Forms Interstate Gas Pipeline Subsidiary
LCG, July 27, 2001Scana Corp. announced yesterday the formation of SCG Pipeline Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary that will engage in the transportation of natural gas in Georgia and South Carolina.The new company will transport natural gas from interconnections with Southern Natural Gas Co. and Southern LNG's Elba Island liquefied natural gas import terminal near Savannah, Ga. The company said it is currently evaluating potential pipeline routes for an end point in Jasper County, S.C."Natural gas from the Elba facility will play an important role in the region by providing access to a new natural gas supply source to an economy with a growing demand for this product," said Berry Gibbes, SCG Pipeline president.SCG Pipeline said it has reached an agreement with Scana Energy Marketing Inc. to transport 190,000 dekatherms per day of natural gas and will conduct an open season for other potential customers of the new system."SCG Pipeline and its access to Elba Island provide us with an opportunity to create additional natural gas infrastructure and to deliver supplies into the market in a very cost effective manner," Gibbes said.The company said it would ask the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for certification this fall and expected the new pipeline to be in service by November 2003.
