LCG, April 30, 2026--OG&E, the operating subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp., announced today that it will power three new data centers that Google announced in Muskogee and Stillwater, Oklahoma last year. As part of the agreement, Google will also make power generation capacity available from two solar facilities in Stephens and Muskogee Counties that are currently under construction. The data centers and associated Electric Service Agreements are expected to provide economic growth for local communities and the state, contribute to grid stability, and benefit OG&E's current customers.

LCG, April 29, 2026--Graphic Packaging Holding Company today announced a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with NextEra Energy Resources, LLC. With the VPPA agreement, NextEra Energy Resources plans to build the Selenite Springs Energy Center, a 250-MW solar energy facility in West Texas, and Graphic Packaging will be the sole buyer of the facility's renewable energy attribute certificates. Graphic Packaging, a global provider of sustainable consumer packaging, expects the agreement to cover approximately 43 percent of its 2025 electricity usage in the U.S. and Canada. The agreement will advance Graphic Packaging's commitment to source renewable electricity and reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

Duke Energy Gas TransmissionPlans Expansion in U.S. Southeast
LCG, July 31, 2001--Duke Energy Gas Transmission said yesterday its East Tennessee Natural Gas subsidiary has filed an application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission seeking approval of a project to meet the growing energy needs of the southeastern United States.The $289 million Patriot project will transport natural gas along a new pipeline route called the Patriot Extension as well as through expansion of the company's existing system, Duke said in a news release.The company said strong customer response to the Patriot project resulted in East Tennessee's commitment to develop a project that will transport 510 million cubic feet per day of natural gas.Seven natural gas shippers, representing electric power generators, marketers and local distribution companies, have committed to 87 percent, or 446 million cubic feet per day of delivery capacity under long-term contracts -- more than double the 200 million cubic feet per day envisioned when the project was announced last October, Duke said."The significant addition of infrastructure also greatly benefits East Tennessee's existing customers," said Robert B. Evans, president of Duke Energy Gas Transmission. "Completing the loop of our southern mainline leg, adding compression to the northern portion in Tennessee and adding large diameter looping in Virginia will considerably enhance the system's reliability."East Tennessee has asked FERC for a preliminary determination by November 15 and a final certificate by March 27 of next year. The company said that schedule will enable it to begin construction next July and meet the initial May 1, 2003, in-service date."The May 2003 initial in-service date and incremental phasing reflects our flexibility and commitmentto meet our customers' needs and requirements," Evans said. "The Patriot project will increase the reliability of energy supplies by providing additional natural gas supplies, supply diversity andtransportation competition to the region."The Patriot Extension, an approximately 94-mile pipeline from Virginia to North Carolina, willbring natural gas service to portions of southwest Virginia for the first time and introduce acompetitive supply of natural gas to North Carolina from Appalachian and Gulf Coast producers, Duke said.
