LCG, October 23, 2026--INNIO N.V. yesterday announced a 620 MW follow-on order from a developer and operator of mega-scale data center campuses in the United States. Together with the customer's 1.1 GW order announced previously in July, the new order brings cumulative orders from the customer to approximately 1.72 GW this year.

LCG, October 21, 2026--The Nuclear Company today announced a proposed nuclear energy campus in Kentucky that could potentially provide 6.6 GW of electric generating capacity. The Prosperity One nuclear energy campus, located along the Ohio River in eastern Kentucky, could accommodate up to six Westinghouse AP1000 reactors and would be the largest nuclear power generation site in the nation if fully constructed.

Mountainview Project Starts Generating Power
LCG, December 13, 2005--Southern California Edison (SCE) announced that commercial operations commenced on Saturday at one of the two gas-fired, electric generating units at the Mountainview Project, located in Redlands, California. The second unit is scheduled to start commercial operations early next year. In total, the station will provide an additional 1,054 MW of generating capacity to the Southern California electric system. The combined cycle station consists of two units. Each new unit includes two combustion turbine generators, two heat recovery steam generators, and one steam turbine generator.Plant construction was started by AES in 2001. California's energy crisis led to a halt in construction. InterGen, a Bechtel-Shell joint venture, purchased the project in March 2003. SCE exercised an option to purchase the partially completed plant in March of 2004, and the construction project was completed by Bechtel.
